Cargo Drive connects the office, drivers and carriers in one place, so information no longer travels back and forth by calls, messages and emails. Your own drivers use the driver app: business trip, vehicle combination, expense receipts and documents always at hand on their phone. Subcontractors upload trip documents and invoices themselves and see the payment status in the carrier portal.

Drivers see their business trip and current vehicle combination, photograph and upload expense receipts, and view documents assigned to them. The data goes straight into the TMS.

Carrier portal
Every carrier assigned to an order receives a link by email: one click and they upload the cargo documents and invoice – no registration, no passwords. Regular carriers also have a portal account where, after signing in with their email, they see all their orders, invoices and payment status. Documents arrive and are processed faster, so the client can be invoiced without delay.
